Prettytiger, pop-up blockers are enabled and disabled at the browser
level ; on Firefox, for example, you can open the «Firefox Options»
window on a Windows box by clicking «Tools» → «Options», select the
«Content» tab, and ticking or unticking, respectively, the little box
to the left of «Block pop-up windows» and then closing the window....
Just wanted to validate Henri's statement. Popup blocker functionality
is controlled at the Browser - or Toolbar level. His tips should point
you in the right direction!
